MJC Labor Solutions Client

At MJC Labor Solutions, I led the company’s digital marketing and brand development efforts with a focus on building credibility, driving traffic, and simplifying a complex service offering for potential clients. I began by creating and launching their Facebook business page from scratch by developing the content calendar, writing copy, and designing custom graphics to reflect the brand’s tone and professionalism. Within the first month, my targeted ad boosts reached over 3,500 people and generated 60+ interactions, including direct inquiries and increased engagement from local businesses in need of seasonal and visa-based labor support.

I also was responsible for redesigning the user interface for latinlabor.com, the company’s primary website, which serves as a key point of contact for both domestic clients and international workers. The original site lacked clarity and usability, so I restructured the content layout, updated the visual design, and streamlined the navigation to create a more intuitive and trustworthy user experience. After the redesign, website traffic tripled. It was driven largely by improved SEO, clearer calls-to-action, higher page ranking through keywords research, and a unified mobile experience.

Beyond the website and social media, I consistently produced branded visuals and digital content to support both ongoing outreach and one-on-one sales conversations. This included flyers, informational graphics about the H2B visa process, and visual aids that explained how MJC's contracting model works across industries like agriculture, hospitality, and restaurant services. My work helped MJC Labor Solutions present a more professional and polished image while making their services more accessible and understandable for prospective partners.
